Biography: Zhang Chong was born in May 1986. Professor , doctoral supervisor, master 's supervisor, Tianjin Professor ( young scholar ), Deputy Dean of School of Electronic and Communication Engineering / School of Artificial Intelligence.    In 2020, he was selected into the " Training Plan for Young and Middle-aged Backbone Innovative Talents " of Tianjin universities. In 2018, he was appointed as a special professor ( young scholar ) in Tianjin. In 2018, he was awarded the National University Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Academic Innovation Award. In 2015, he was selected as the third level of Tianjin 's " 131 " innovative talent training project and Tianjin 's outstanding master 's thesis instructor. More than 120 papers were published, 71 papers were retrieved by SCI, and 49 papers were retrieved by EI. There are 39 national invention patents and 4 achievements transformation. He presided over three projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two key projects of the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation, the " Youth Research Top Talent Cultivation Plan " of Tianjin Normal University, one talent introduction project of Tianjin Normal University, one open project of the National Key Laboratory, and four horizontal projects. Biography: Jianping Gou received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2012. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with The University of Sydney. Now, he is currently a professor and doctoral Supervisor in College of Computer and Information Science, College of Software, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. His current research interests are artificial intelligence, pattern recognition and machine learning. His research has resulted in more than 140 publications on top-tier journals and conferences, including several best paper awards such as ACAIT and ISAIR best paper awards. He served as a Section Editor of Recent Advances in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, a Guest Editor of Mathematics, a Guest Editor of Frontiers in Physics, and Editorial Board of Mathematics. He is also a Senior member of IEEE, a Senior member of both CCF, and a Senior member of CSIG.
